Lockboxes are provided for small fee of $25 and are yours to keep.
Keys at Office
We do not store keys at our office.
Apartments & Condos
We service single-family homes, however, we no longer service apartment buildings or condos unless they are north of Northgate, have parking provided, and are a unit of 8 or less units. We DO service single-family homes south of Northgate.
Parking
Parking to be provided if not easily available.
Any areas with 2 hour parking must provide assigned parking.
Parking for Capitol Hill must provide assigned parking for two cars.
